I have just moved in and there is an old imcinarator under the sink that needs removing.

We’re renovating our bathroom. Floor and walls removed. On stumps with good access under the house. Cold water hose is already here but may need moving ~30cm.

The water tank on the machine does NOT leak until it makes contact with the machine and then water pours out

There are two toilets at home which need attention. The first toilet has a little bit of a leak in it and needs to be set back into the wall and the upstairs toilet. I want to have one of those Japanese style toilet seats installed.

Leaking tap - outdoors, tap is turned off but runs still wasting water

I unscrewed the bath drain to clear it. But it was connected to a box underneath it. I wasn’t able to reconnect it to the screw again. Might be easier to just install a new drain kit. The box underneath is accessible through the whole but it’s tricky, I gave it 3 attempts but wasn’t successful

I have no power to my hot water tank. I’ve lost a connection somewhere.

I’m no longer getting hot water. I’ve checked fuse box, and all switches are up. It’s either an electrical fault or the hot water tank has become faulty, I need someone who has hot water tank experience to check
