There are two toilets at home which need attention. The first toilet has a little bit of a leak in it and needs to be set back into the wall and the upstairs toilet. I want to have one of those Japanese style toilet seats installed.

Leaking tap - outdoors, tap is turned off but runs still wasting water

I unscrewed the bath drain to clear it. But it was connected to a box underneath it. I wasn’t able to reconnect it to the screw again. Might be easier to just install a new drain kit. The box underneath is accessible through the whole but it’s tricky, I gave it 3 attempts but wasn’t successful

I have no power to my hot water tank. I’ve lost a connection somewhere.

I’m no longer getting hot water. I’ve checked fuse box, and all switches are up. It’s either an electrical fault or the hot water tank has become faulty, I need someone who has hot water tank experience to check
