Need a plumber to use a jet to unblock kitchen sink

The kitchen is located on the interior side of a wall which backs onto a hot water system. This setup provides convenient access to both water supply and drainage. I’ve attached two photos for reference: Photo 1 (with the freezer): This is the area where I would like the kitchen plumbing to be installed. Photo 2 (wall view): This shows the reverse side of the kitchen wall, which houses the hot water tank and connects to the rear drain pipe. Water is leaking from the roof hot water system, need to be repaired or replaced. Water keeps dripping from the area circled in the picture. Need someone to repair the leaking or quote how much to install a new hot water system (including the removal and cleaning),thanks.

In a rental, the bench has water damage. Seal around metal sink was dodgy and has allowed water to seep in and now bench is warped and damaged. I removed sink basin to replace seal but the bench is too damaged. I do not want to be charged for damage to property although its not directly my fault. So am curious to know if easier to just replace. Length 1774 depth 520 LISTED PRICE NOT CORRECT. I have little to no knowledge about extent or cost of job. Just looking to see is anyone is capable of job and open to pricing that suits.

the hot water supply to the shower has had a slow leak for years. I have removed the mouldy gib board and dried out the wood framing but cannot fix the plastic to brass leak

Needed regrouting done as there water damage in the shower area of 2 bathrooms. Flexible timing over weekends. Weekdays, only after 3 pm.

Please provide a quote for a shower seal - waterproof grout and silicone. The existing shower base is leaking at the moment. It will have to be pressure tested again to confirm the leak has been fixed. I would like a warranty for this too.

I need to fix a shower outlet leak (via plasterboard wall side) behind bathroom wall. I would like the shower and base properly siliconed too.

Replace hot and cold laundry taps (see photo).i.e. remove old ones and add the new ones. Purchase the new taps. I will reimburse based on the receipt for the taps. Alternatively, please quote for entire job (including breakdown via a message). My quote amount to start this task does not include the taps (but see above).

A Double Kitchen Sink and tap to be removed and replaced with new

Granite kitchen sink need to have a hole created for the installation of a tap and pumping needs to be installed for the kitchen sink.
