Inspect the shower head and underlying fittings. Repair or replace the shower head / washers / mixer as required to stop the leak. Ensure the shower functions properly for both hot and cold water after the repair.

The old toilet needs to be removed and new toilet to be installed. I will purchase and provide the toilet. Looking for someone who can do the install and dispose off the old one.

There is an issue with my Breville Oracle Black Truffle BES980BTR. It won’t reach temperature (stays at 67) which probably means one of the temp sensors probably have failed, but before this, a day before this happened, the steam wand was acting up (it doesn’t want to stop when reaching temperature) which may also indicate an issue with either a valve or controller. Anyway, happy to negotiate a price for diagnosis and subsequent repair. If you own a shop I can bring it to your location as long as the price is fair.

Water is leaking from the bottom of the washing machine

Broken storm water pipe fix under grass approx 30cm down and under grass. Just a small part broken roughly 20 cm part in length sorry no photo as the pipe is underground. But I know the location exactly from CCTV drainage inspection.

Solar hot water system is on the roof and has a leak which is leaking into the home (moisture spots found on ceiling). Also will need someone to check for a possible shower leak in the main bathroom.

The flush button for the toilet in the bathroom is not working. It’s just the spring is loose that’s it. When I press it down it does nothing. I need someone to fix it asap.
