PRICE will be just the toilet replacement not tiling - if tiling is an option that will be negotiated later Note - I am flexible in with the toilet replacement if plumbing of the current one is different to my ideal one toilet.

Two existing downpipes need repair. First requires new Pop from guttering, length of plastic pipe (about 2 - 3 metres) and connect to pipe going underground. Second requires pop from guttering length of pipe and bend, and connection to water tank.
