Tap installation. I need a new tap installed outside, down the side of my house. Brick veneer house, water runs through the ceiling space.

I require a plumber with a mechanical eel to run down a sewer line that is about 10m long. It is NOT blocked at the moment... This is a preventative measure to ensure no roots or objects are in the drain. I don't require video or anything fancy - just a simple mechanical auger is fine. I've had is done before and it's usually a 30-45min job.

An experienced handyman with some carpentry ,flooring & plumbing skills to carry out the bathroom shower floor repairs. Please see the attached photos. 1. Water is leaking through the shower tiled floor cracks into the walls around (hallway, laundry, toilet) damaging the gyprock wall that needs to be cutout and replaced. 2. Shower tiled flooring either needs to be property regrouted and sealed. If the tiles are porous as they are old, we can consider replacing the tiles with some waterproofing layer beneth. 3. Replaced gyprock board (small area of 2 SQM) needs to be painted. I think this is a tiny job of 15 mins or so 4. Properly seal all areas including taps, kitchen, laundry

Pipe leading from washing machine is blocked. Needs to be unclogged and s bend fitted ( we have just brought a new one).

I’d like someone to replace my kitchen sink tap for me. I have the new tap. I tried to get the old one off myself but couldn’t. There is very little room to manoeuvre under there, and I don’t have the right tools. The old tap looks like it may be tricky to remove.
