There is a hole in the ceiling, approximately 50 cm in size, that requires plastering and repair. The task involves repairing the wall and reattaching a metal panel that became detached due to water leakage. The leakage compromised the structural integrity of the area, causing the panel to come loose. The job requires thorough inspection, plastering, and the careful reinstallation of the metal panel.

The photos show most of the plaster sections (they will be dry by Monday) but I also have a couple of additional spots that could use a lick of paint. We have a 26kg tv, 65", that needs to be mounted onto white drywall. The drywall has a few studs but might not have studs for where it needs to be placed. So we're looking for someone who can mount that onto drywall using anchor mounts if need be, just in case there are no studs. We want a tilting bracket (vertical up down, horizontal tilt not required) for the TV, we're happy to pay up to $80 for that on top of the cost of this ad. I will be home to assist you, i'm tall and strong so I can assist with holding the weight.
