Wall gouged in garage, need plastered and fixed

Recently got my air-conditioning installed and when the old bracket was removed, found that the old bricks are showing. It seems the property was rendered after my old aircon was installed, without removing the bracket. I need someone to patch over the old bricks. The patch job is approx. the following: 250cm High 14cm width 2cm in breath My unit is located on the top floor and on a balcony. Will be home to do the job on Mondays, Thursdays or weekends.

Light switch and conduit needs to be cut into the wall to allow for a plastering work to be done.

I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and finish two large openings after the removal of sliding door frames. Each opening is approximately 3.5 m wide × 2.6 m high. As shown in the attached photo, removal of the frames has left sections of plasterboard and ceiling exposed around the steel framing/beam. The work required includes: - repairing/reinstating plasterboard around both openings - repairing the ceiling areas where the sliding door frames were removed - patching exposed sections around the steel framing/beam - installing or replacing corner bead where required - setting, jointing and sanding - blending the repaired areas neatly into the existing walls and ceiling - leaving all surfaces smooth and ready for painting - supplying all necessary plastering materials - removing plastering debris on completion. Painting is not required. I’m not sure of the appropriate price for this work, so I’m seeking quotes from experienced plasterers with attention to detail. Repair and replace cornice / plaster ceiling edges Description: Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and replace the cornice shown in the photos. The damaged/old sections have already been removed. I attempted the repair myself but would prefer someone experienced to finish the job properly. Work required: * Supply and install matching cornice to the missing sections * Cut and match the existing internal corners * Patch/fill the surrounding ceiling and wall where required * Sand and leave ready for painting The existing cornice is approximately 90mm. Most of the work has already been done. The plasterboard is installed, and the square-set corners and aluminium window/door reveals have already been completed and plastered. The remaining work is mainly: - Sand all plastered areas smooth and ready for painting - Touch up any areas that need another coat or minor repair - Check and tidy joints, corners, and screw holes where required - Finish sanding around the square-set window and door reveals - Finish/touch up the doorway with one curved/arched corner - Make sure the final finish is clean and professional throughout The area is a large kitchen/living space with high ceilings. The scaffold is already on site, and most materials are here. I’m looking for someone experienced in high-quality plaster finishing who can inspect the job and, ideally, start as soon as possible. I have two large holes in my drywall that I need patching. It needs to look seamless as my new tiles won’t cover the whole area.

We have removed old wardrobe ahead of new wardrobes being installed. Need to repair wall damage where the wall won’t be covered by new cupboards. The exposed bit will be the back wall, 30cm of the adjoining wall as well as a small section as you walk into the room, circa 20cm each side. Total width needing fixing will be slightly bigger than the exposed area - approx 40cm+40cm+25cm+25cm+260cm =390 cm We won’t repair the sections that will be covered by the new wardrobe. We also need the skirting boards removed.
