I’m looking for an experienced plasterer / carpenter / partition installer to build a fixed internal metal-stud plasterboard partition wall to enclose a study area in my apartment. Scope of work • Construct a straight internal partition wall using light-gauge steel (metal) studs and tracks • Approx. 2.7m high x 1.2m wide • Plasterboard both sides • Flush, paint-ready finish (set, sanded, square edges) • No door, no window, no electrical work required • Wall securely fixed to floor, ceiling, and adjacent wall • Clean, professional finish suitable for a living area (no painting required, I have claddings) Materials • Please include materials in your quote • Standard internal metal studs & tracks • Plasterboard thickness as per Australian residential standards (happy to follow your recommendation) • All fixings, corner beads, compounds, and consumables included Site details • Apartment in Zetland • Non-load-bearing internal wall • Ceiling height approx. 2.7m • Easy internal and lift access/ loading dock Timing • Flexible start date before xmas • Prefer completion in one visit if feasible What I’m looking for • Experience with metal-stud plasterboard partitions • Photos or examples of similar work preferred • Neat workmanship and attention to detail

Need a labourer to help with putting up gyprock. Just someone that can pass tools, boards etc to a builder - 2 days

Assist with installation of gyprock and painting of house in Charlestown! Hourly rate is negotiable on experience etc.. Cleaning up and some lawn mowing maybe if keen.

Two small jobs in one: 1) Remove bottom 15cm of 275cm brick wall (loose as seen in pictures) and apply new render. No painting needed. 2) Apply new plaster to 120cm x 90cm area in bedroom where it fell off. Area includes on ceiling light and one edge as pictured. No painting needed Note: budget and scope is both jobs, do not want to separate. Preference is for job to be done after January 8th.

accidentally drilled a screw into a power cable inside a stud wall, which initially caused the circuit to trip. I have already cut open the drywall to locate the issue, so the damaged wire is fully exposed and ready for fix (see photos). power is currently back on after removing the screw, but we switched off now to fix the wire insulation. We need electrician to repair the damaged section (likely with a junction box ) and safety test the circuit. Thanks

Gyproc required around new door recently installed. Door will have architraves installed around frame - Curved Gyproc required around rangehood (have purchased 6.5mm curved Gyproc) will be provided for the job - Cornices required to be supplied and fitted into new kitchen plus above new door

I have 7 speakers being taken out of the walls - 4 on the ceiling and 3 on the same wall. I need the walls plastered after that. I have paint available, just need the plastering and painting done. Needs to be done on Tuesday 9 December morning before 9am. Location North Kellyville

I need an experienced gyprock tradie to fix this hole in the wall

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

I need to gyprock the perimeter of a small powder room approximately 2m x 1.5m and a small part of the wall where the vanity was.

We had an oyster light removed and replaced with a ceiling fan, leaving behind a small hole that needs patching. I'm happy to paint it afterwards, just need the plastering done.
