Hi, I am looking for an experienced handyman who can install Gyprock sheets, ceiling cornice, and complete basic plastering (joint setting and sanding) in our garage. The garage size is approximately **5.4 m × 8.4 m**. The previous ceiling has already been removed, but there are still some **minor debris and leftover materials** that will need to be cleared before installation begins. The job will include: * Supplying the required materials (Gyprock sheets, cornice, joint compound, screws, etc.) * Installing the ceiling boards * Installing ceiling cornice * Plastering the joints and screw holes (setting and sanding) so the ceiling is ready for painting * Cleaning up the space after the work is completed I will **reimburse material costs if receipts are provided**. I estimate the work will take around **7 hours with two people**, but if it takes longer, I am happy to pay additional labour costs. You have to bring your **own tools and equipment** required to complete the job. **Experience installing cornice and handling corner joints neatly is required.** Please see the photo below to understand the current condition of the garage. Gyprock in one of the walls in garage

Need a section of wall and ceiling plastered and finished with paint.

I need to mount a base for an indoor clothesline, but the area where it needs to mounted has been patched before and isn't strong enough to hold it. I need a new piece of plasterboard about 300mm x 300mm to be inserted with some internal backing to serve as an anchor. Unfortunately are no internal studs in the area around where this is going to be mounted.

The ventilation needs to go inside a cupboard, the wall is plasterboard and the rear of the wall is open space under the house with difficult access. I am trying to fix poor ventilation in the cupboard. Contractor required to supply and install gyprock panelling for rear wall of garage. Dimensions: 1950 ht x 2600 width. We have removed existing gyprock to provide access for brickwork repairs. Now we need it replaced. Edges of old gyprock shall be removed. Neat interface on the four sides expected with smooth finish ready for painting by others. Sanding of paper not required. Skirting board not required. Contractor to supply all materials. Clear access will be provided. Prefer early morning start.

Cut out in the wall needs to be fixed

I need a hole in my gyprock ceiling fixed. It’s 300mm * 250mm. Would like it done today. It’s the bathroom ceiling. Photo attached.

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall
