Need someone to come and patch some holes that were made to run cables in my office space.

A large several cm gap appears in the ceiling after install of new exhaust fan. The gap is to be appropriately repaired. I am happy to paint the repair myself, I simply need the gap repaired and ready for painting. Photos attached.

Hey, we’d like to remove a timber and glass folding door and close off the archway with a plasterboard wall. The wall will need to be fixed securely into the concrete walls either side, and finished with plasterboard so it blends in with the existing walls. The doors are in an archway which should be squared off, leaving a smooth surface ready for painting.archway dimensions are width 2000 x height 2370 x thickness/depth 140

I’m looking for a reliable handyman for a 2–3 hour job at my apartment in Manly. Tasks include: 1. Cabinet Sanding – Sand back a kitchen cabinet wall (about 0.5cm–1cm) that’s been water damaged so a washing machine can fit. 2. Washing Machine Install – Connect and install the new washing machine. 3. Art Hanging – Hang several pieces of artwork, including installing hooks. 4. Plastering – Some light patch-up plastering. 5. Skirting Board – Cut and install skirting board along a small section of wall. Wall mount Samsung 75” The Frame TV on drywall (studs in wall). I have the wall mount that came with the TV but no other tools available. Must be done very neatly. Keen to see if cable can be hidden in wall (but may not be possible since it’s a common wall).

Need recently gyprocked wall properly finished off all ready for painters. Original job not done well enough for painters to start. Need done ASAP painters already started. Start today or tomorrow? Wall size 3.2m High x 4m wide.

Need 2 new Gyprock walls - set out approx 5mm- furring channels. Need tools to grind off bolts that are too long and will interfere with new walls . Cost includes materials. Needs to start first thing tomorrow morning. Includes final sanding ready for painters to begin.

I set a foot wrong in the attic and cracked an area of the ceiling. The frame to the attic entry is also partially off. Need to repair (please include paint in quote)

Plasterer and painter needed to remove and make new 17 picture holes in drywall. Paint colour is very light beige/sand.
