Looking for a licensed and insured gyprocker/plasterer (must meet strata requirements) for bathroom renovation work in Lilyfield. Scope of Work • Make good of brick wall after demolition with setting bead and plaster to reveal of wall • Construct new dwarf wall against brick wall for in-wall toilet system extending into shower area Set walls after chasing into brick walls for power • Ensure walls are square, plumb, set, sanded and finished ready for waterproofing and tiling. Requirements • Licensed gyprocker/plasterer with insurance. • Able to supply materials (102mm stud, 6mm fc sheet, sundries, base/top coat, setting bead and as required for a complete install) • Clean and tidy work Clean up upon completion of works Waste to be left in nest pile upon completion. Disposal of material by others Photo/plan attached for reference.

Removal of 4 sheets of gyprock in the garage. Each sheet is approximately 1m X 2.8m. The gyprock has some mould.

Small Patching on wall and ceiling, install 7 metres of cornice. Cornice supplied by me just need base coat and final coat. I will do sanding. 1 days work

A room has previously (and sort of recently) been split into two and we want to restore it to one room. Remove plaster/gyprock wall (2.5m wide), fix ceiling, walls, skirting boards and maybe floor. New cornice at least on the edges where wall touched. Second door will need to be removed. Gyprocked & skirting boards done. Needs to look good, its not a rental. The metal pipe (200 x 50) 1.5 m log coming from rangehood in an outdoor kitchen needs to be boxed out with Gyprok.

There are about 20 small holes in drywall due to last tenant drilling straight into drywall to hang items. Some of the holes still have screws in them. I would like these to be patched up in preparation for the property to be leased out again.

Have just moved in and need repairs to bathroom window frame, kitchen wall & window frames, bedroom skirting and wall.

Require two holes in ceiling to be patched sanded and paint touch up, approximately 150x150 holes

Water and kid damaged internal gyprock wall 400x2400 needs fixing. We have stopped the leak and now need to fix and repaint the wall. As you can see there is a light switch in the middle. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 July 2022

Have moved two power points and need the holes in the wall to be repaired and painted over (paint is supplied)

During move the wall was hit by furniture. Crack is about the length of my hand (see pics). Plaster and smooth. Paint over in cream paint if possible. By today 20th nov or tomorrow 21 st nov
