Had some work done by couple of guys and a part of it needs to be redone. There is a aircon return that needed to be included as part of a new ceiling, they built a wooden box to accommodate it. But it’s been orientated the wrong way. Gyprock sheet needs to come down (likely replaced with new). Gyprock installed into a rondo system. You can see in one photo the highlighted screws that go into the existing framework, and in the other photo I’ve drawn in what should be the correct orientation. It can’t fit with cornice that’s going in. The box to be reoriented would be a simple move for a carpenter. Return doesn’t need to be installed now, just ready for later after painting. Only decent /experienced carpenters with gyprock experience reply please.

Removal of 4 sheets of gyprock in the garage. Each sheet is approximately 1m X 2.8m. The gyprock has some mould.

A room has previously (and sort of recently) been split into two and we want to restore it to one room. Remove plaster/gyprock wall (2.5m wide), fix ceiling, walls, skirting boards and maybe floor. New cornice at least on the edges where wall touched. Second door will need to be removed. Gyprocked & skirting boards done. Needs to look good, its not a rental. The metal pipe (200 x 50) 1.5 m log coming from rangehood in an outdoor kitchen needs to be boxed out with Gyprok.

There are about 20 small holes in drywall due to last tenant drilling straight into drywall to hang items. Some of the holes still have screws in them. I would like these to be patched up in preparation for the property to be leased out again.

Have just moved in and need repairs to bathroom window frame, kitchen wall & window frames, bedroom skirting and wall.

Water and kid damaged internal gyprock wall 400x2400 needs fixing. We have stopped the leak and now need to fix and repaint the wall. As you can see there is a light switch in the middle. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 July 2022
