I am looking for someone to GypRock this ceiling so it can be painted

Looking for a skilled handyman or tradesperson to: Remove an existing stair handrail (just over 4 metres in length). Repair the gyprock wall where 3 of the 5 fixings have pulled out. Reattach the handrail securely at all 5 fixing points. The job is at a home in Kirrawee, NSW 2232. The handrail is currently unsafe, so ideally looking for someone who can do this as soon as possible (flexible with days/times). Please bring your own tools and strong fixings/materials suitable for gyprock to ensure the handrail is safely and securely reinstalled. Budget I’ve set the budget at $250 as a guide, which I understand is reasonable for this type of work. Budget is flexible depending on your experience, materials provided, and quality of finish — open to offers.

These are Rondo office partitions. We need to remove the wall between two offices (see attached) wall dimensions are 3250x3000 and then repair/plaster and sand. No painting required. Ideally job needs to be completed on the weekend or after hours. All materials are needed to be supplied.

I need the small one in front of the bathtub to be done again matching the brick wall to support the bathtub. I need to render the back wall on the brick section. Open to other ideas

We need a false wall built in the front of the home theatre that will house speakers behind the screen, equipment shelves and subwoofers at the bottom. The wall is 360cm across, 255cm height and needs to be built out 25cm. Specific Job Details: please refer to attached picture for more. Hi , I need to install gyprock in two side by side units (duplex build) in Kirrawee, NSW. Wanted to ask if you will be interested in the job and your availibility ?

Storage room, one of the walls has to be covered by gyprock, the length is approx 6.5m and height approx 4m, this wall not vertically even, must be made even. The wall where the entry is has windows, not much to paint. The rear wall has a rolling garage door that is approx 3m high, possibly needs gyprock. Ceiling is uneven and needs to be painted. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 5 November 2022

We need to large/heavy ikea box shelve units mounted onto gyprock walls. Can have someone assisting in the lifting and holding of units while being securely mounted to the walls. Brackets I assume will be needed. - Due date: Flexible

Date is flexible, needs to be done between 26 september and 7 October Wall removal has been done (additional wall removal planned in next few weeks) leaving plastering required. Gyprock required for first wall can be seen in photo. Additional wall being removed will be parallel to kitchen and require gyprock. Wall will be similar as existing (half wall, qyprocked). Cornice will need continuing. Door frame will be removed and require gyprock.
