Plumber will be fixing a broken pipe in shower wall. He will remove 2-4 tiles and the plaster to get to pipe. This area will then need to be re plastered, waterproofed and re tiled (this post is for this part of the job, not the plumbing work). Tiles will be supplied but need to be cut to size before install.

I have 3 small jobs that need plaster replaced or repaired. There is a small mould spot (40cm x 40cm) and some damage to the garage ceiling that need replacing/repairing. There is also some sagging on one side against the garage wall that need to be supported. There is also a small damaged and flaking spot in a bedroom to be repaired.

Venetian plaster my fireplace wall

Re-levelled and re-stumped our house which caused some cracks in the plaster. Would like these fixed and re-paint the patches where cracks are with minimal dust. Happy to supply the paint or have it included into the price. 8 cracks in total some small some larger.

Because of a leak in the roof, this cornice board has been dmaged. The leak has since been fixed. The house is gettting knowcked down within a year, so looking for a low cost fix for the moment.. thanks
