(Elec can be turned off for this area if required. 2. Wall in the stairway - Approx 1100x600. 3. Ensuite Downlight hole - The downlight was removed for a 3-1 system, so now the hole needs to be patched. Initial requirement is just replacing the plasterboard, happy for a quote on painting as well afterwards. Bring your own tools, plasterboard, coversheets etc.. Any time Tuesday or Thursdays only.

Part of the bathroom renovation, I need to repair the bathroom ceiling ,small part of the corridor wall plus cornice installation inside the bathroom. All materials are ready. I need a Gyprocker to install one sheet for ceiling., one sheet for wall then plastering and 12 meters cornice installation related to the bathroom reno.

I need to install new plasterboard on two L-shaped walls. Details: • Wall height: 2.4 m • Wall lengths: 4.3 m and 1.1 m (≈ 13 m² total) • The existing walls are single brick, so please include timber or metal stud framing before plasterboard installation • Use moisture-resistant plasterboard (gyprock) • Finish: paint-ready surface (smooth finish ready for painting) • Need to leave two power outlet positions exposed • Need to install skirting boards and cornices (gyprock ceiling moulding) after plasterboard installation • Need to add an inspection opening at the lower right section of the wall for future access.

Bring own drill and leveler to attach 2 x 120cm wooden shelves to a gyprock wall. Shelves have brackets

Gyprocking of 2 by 2 meter ceiling section . Water damaged section. Cut out 2 by 2 and replace

Small job to replace architrave that has fallen and the remaining section which is looking like it may fall.

Small but fiddly gyprock / plastering job. Enclose air-conditioning ducting. Sanding back ready for painting (painting not required - I'll do the painting). Please advise your technique / approach / how you will solve this job. I've included a (really bad) example of what it might look like, but if you've got a better idea, let me know. Thank you.

I had 2 lights installed last week and 2 old lights removed. The old lights left some big holes in the cavity wall. I tried filling them with polyfilla but the holes were a bit too big and uneven so now they are a bit bumpy. I think it would probably be better if they were cleaned up and plastered properly prior to me painting the room. There is also a small patch where the wall covering has come off leaving a bit of a hole which might also be suitable for a light skim. - Due date: Before Friday, 30 June 2023

We had aircon put in. The installers needed to cut the gyprock to run the pipes. I am looking for it to be patched neatly enough to paint.
