Build two walls. Install a door and plaster and sand ready for painting.

Replaster 3 holes and drill in curtain rods.

Small holes need plastering, averaging 12 plug sockets and few smalls on a ceiling from old lights .

Require a person or two to plaster sheet several patches to an existing ceiling in a restaurant at Burleigh Heads. No sheet is larger that 2400 x 1200mm so easy to manage. Approximately 10-15 patches to be done of various sizes. I will have the exsiting ceiling cleaned up some the patches are clean straight lines and full sheets where possible. I have 10 sheets of 2400x1200mm on site ready to go. Works to be done early morning before trade. You can start as early in the morning as you like. To be finished by 10.30am to allow for clean up. If you run out of time you can come back the following morning if needed. Ideally require this to be started this coming Monday morning 8 Sept if possible. Happy to meet on site to show you the works and we can discuss final cost/payment works for both. If you are interested we can also discuss the plastering works as well. Plastering required is tape and base coat to be done ready for a render finish to be applied to the ceiling.

Require some plaster setting works. All sheeted and ready to go. Just set and sand so it is ready for paint. A couple of small ceilings in 3m x 3m approx and another 5m x 5m approx. A bit of patching. Happy to discuss final price once you have a look on site if that helps. Thanks.

I pulled a small patch of paint/plaster off the wall in my rental removing a hook; also need help with safe removal of 2x remaining adhesive sticky patches I DON’T have the paint but it’s like a white/eggshell

We had a roof leak and had to pull the gyprock sheeting out of the roof of our spare wardbrobe. Need the roof panel replaced and the 2 side panels as the edges got wet.

Plasterboards need to be reinstalled on bulkhead and sides of garage. The garage was initially a media room but we removed the internal wall that separated the media room from the garage door. It doesn’t look pretty and we’d like it drywalled for tenants
