Recently moved a wall at my house. The roof has an area that needs patching up. Area roughly 2300mm x 600mm plus a couple little holes under 50mm where a light was moved. Also if possible mounting plaster cornice roughly 2 runs of 2.8m. Not sure of the actual cost, so let me know your best price

Looking for a handyman to do two quick small repair jobs on one 3.6m long bedroom wall: Skirting Board Supply & Installation: One wall is missing about 3/4 of its skirting board. I need the remaining small piece removed and put in the gap on the left wall, and 1 single, continuous new length of skirting board supplied, cut, painted and installed across the full length of the wall so it looks seamless. Wall Patching: There are two holes in the plasterboard wall, each slightly larger than a standard double power point. These need to be securely patched, filled, and sanded back flush, and painted. The powerpoints in the pics have been removed. I don't have any material or tools etc, but can get matching paint if that helps to have it ready when you arrive.

An adhesive hook/tape pulled off the paint and the top layer of plasterboard, leaving a palm-sized bare patch near the ceiling (behind a curtain rod, so partly hidden. Rod can easily be moved). I need it to be filled, sand back smooth, and paint to match the existing wall (off-white/cream: not sure of exact colour). It's a single small spot, easy access, standard ceiling height. There's on other spot that just needs a blob of paint.

Curtain rail ripped away from the wall in master bedroom and left a roughly 6-6.5cm diameter hole in the plasterboard. 2 smaller/shallower holes in teenage son’s room, one around 3cm diameter and second around 6cm. We are looking for someone to tidily repair these holes as soon as possible, although we will not repaint at this stage.
