Small hole needs fixing on a wall

Have 3 built in gas heaters that need to be removed, gyprock and plastered.

Paint both sides of one wall. Needs to be done 3:30pm onwards on Tue 3 Feb

Gyprock/plaster new wall. Builder has advised this will need to be done in two lots - initial plaster and final plaster + cornice supply and installation for both sides of the wall.

We are looking for someone to assist with a sagging ceiling and re doing cornices. We could potentially have other carpentry work for the right operator.

Odd small jobs around the house: Fix fan - ceiling fan is making a funny noise when it’s on Patch small hole - small hole from where wall thermostat was removed. Need patched up Outdoor picnic table - sand and restain/oil (planks are also slightly uneven lengths so would be great to trim them to same size too)

One hole and one dent in wall. Needs to be plastered, sanded, and maybe repainted. Both areas are small (5cm dent, 15cm crack/hole). We have paint, but no paintbrush, or plaster, or sanding equipment.

Each of the 2 shelves comes with 2 brackets that will need to be fixed with wall anchor and screws into plasterboard. I have all the materials.

Cornice plaster installation: includes approximately 3,200 mm of new installation, plus replacement of existing cornice plaster with new ones (total length of existing cornices is approximately 9,650 mm)
