Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.

I need someone to read the plans for my townhouse, find the valve that shuts off the water supply to the townhouse, cutting a hole in the plaster board that is likely covering the valve, and installing a cover over the hole. Some background to my request…. I purchased the townhouse off the plan about 5 years ago. It shares a water supply with about 50 other units, meaning I am unable to use the mains water supply valve to shut off the water without the other units losing water. The unit should have its own valve, however I have never been able to find it. I suspect it is behind the wall in the garage, and whoever installed the wall forgot to cut a hole in the wall to access the valve. My neighbour has a cover over a valve in their garage. I have purchased the plans from the ACT government but I wasn’t able to work them out myself.

Install 2 x floating shelves and 4 x racks into plasterboard walls. Install 3 shower caddies (drilled into tile) into a shower with matte tiles.
Disappointed with this experience. We were happy with the work in the plasterboard, but the work that we asked for in the shower wasn't put in the position that we agreed, wasn't secure at all, and has left us with work we will need to rectify at our further expense. When we respectfully raised this and gave him an opportunity to fix it, we also received abusive messages. We paid to avoid further trouble and will learn from this experience.
