Looking for an experienced plasterer/wall-lining installer to install 6mm James Hardie Villaboard to the walls of a small ensuite renovation in Rivett. Bathroom is approximately 1.8m × 2.8m with 2.4m ceilings and is already completely stripped back to the timber framing. All electrical and plumbing rough-ins will be completed before sheeting. Framing, noggins and floor will also be completed. Scope: * Measure, cut and install 6mm Villaboard to bathroom walls * Cut around plumbing/electrical penetrations, window and recessed mirror cabinets (no niche) * Correctly fix sheets to existing timber framing * Leave tiled areas ready for the tiler/waterproofer * No ceiling sheeting required * No demolition required I can supply the Villaboard and fixings. Recently had windows reduced in size, with new gyprock sheets installed to fill the space. The join seams of the new gyprock sheets need to be plastered and made flush with the existing walls so I can paint and finish the room. Images show all the edges that need plastering.
