I have three large planter boxes (1000 x 420 x H450) on an apartment balcony that need filling with soil and plants. Looking for someone who can source the products and deliver to my home (one flight of stairs). Also looking for someone who knows about plants as the area does not get direct sunlight. A friend who is a horticulturalist recommended a mix of tractor seat plant, japonica fatsia and coleus argentatus plant - however open to advice. The boxes are against a wall and rail too, so keen for plants to develop some height. I am on a budget but happy to discuss price further
