Hi there! I'm looking for a reliable handyman who can help with a few small repairs at my home in preparation for sale. Tasks include: Patching and repainting a damaged section of ceiling (minor water damage/cracking – see photo) Fixing some wear and tear in the front yard area (including repairing/patching a small outdoor wall section and refreshing some paint) The jobs are not major but need to be done neatly. Ideally looking for someone available this week or early next week. Please bring your own tools/materials or let me know what you'll need and I can arrange it in advance. The paint and the plaster is coming off while trying to remove a double sided duct, the duct is 800mm long running vertically from the ground above. Duct needs to be removed and the wall patched and painted. - Due date: Flexible

I don't just want a spot clean, I want a proper clean. 3 x bedrooms (two rooms have a full wall mirrored walk-in, no need to clean that) + doors. 1 x loungeroom + door. 1 x hallway. 1 x small living area. 1 x small bathroom/toilet + 2 doors. 1 x small kitchen (little wall space, will require cupboard doors cleaning instead). I'll make the walls available by moving everything into the middle of the rooms. Note. Bit or trauma from last time. A team came and did a really poor job, I ended up asking them to stay longer and I worked with them until the job was okay. I really don't want to keep saying "oh but what about there, and there, and this wall..." i need to remove a long surface mark on a hardwood floor.

Need to paint - 3 bedrooms, 1 hall, 1 dining room, apprx. 100sqm. Walls only - need to prep the walls, cover holes with primer and apply double coat paint. Same color throughout the house. Vacant property. Carpet flooring, which will be replaced next day, so it's ok if carpet gets messy. We will provide paint, but tasker must get other equipments. - Due date: 17/10
