House will be empty as residents would be moving out on 10/Jan - painting the skirting at the bottom - it would need putty at places as it has been chipped off at many places due to vacumming. need large family room /kitchen ceiling x1 coat. there was a leak - repaired under insurance x2 yrs ago but there is a stain - given the room is same ceiling as kitchen , may need to do all.
