I'm looking for a handyman/ painter to prep & paint bedroom ceilings and other odd touch up jobs. The bedroom ceiling paint is flaking off in places, so will need some prep work prior to painting. The ceilings are expected to be cleaned over the weekend so works can proceed Monday, Tuesday &/or Wednesday next week. You will require your own dropsheets & other painting related equipment. I will supply the paint. I'm looking for a daily rate for 8 hours work. My budget is $400/day for 8 hours work. I'll start out looking for 1 days work, but in reality will probably be 2 days work. Walls cleaned remove mould

Previous patch repair attempt visible and poorly blended. Wall surface is uneven with visible dents/curves and rough patchwork. Have paint match already.

Hole in wall to fix, see pic with electric socket for size scale. Then just a small (about 20c size) paint chip to patch. This is a rental that has a paint pot and putty so I’m hoping it’s the paint used on the walls (see pic)

Tongue and groove walls. 1 wall has built in cupboards which we would like the doors painted but the shelves and back wall inside not required to be painted. I require someone to do coat of plaster to create an even surface in a 3x5m2 bedroom. Only the walls - not ceiling or cornice. We have removed old ply / laminate panels from the walls, and we need a plasterer to cover the old glue to create an even surface. There is a also crack that filling and repair.
