Timber is generally in good condition and not rotten. Job includes: scraping and sanding loose/flaking paint - Minor filling/prep work if needed - priming/sealing bare areas- two coats exterior paint. A tax invoice will be required at the job competition.

Hi I am a builder looking for a painter to do the outside of my house in Lithgow located just pass the blue mountains. It will need some prep work, scraping and some areas will need filling where the mortar between the bricks have come out.
