I need a skilled plasterer on a day rate for a day. Possible further work. Can start immediately, and am flexible with work times and hours. Task: Base coat and skim coat the plasterboard ceilings and some walls. Also need them to help extend the ceiling plasterboard to the edge where there are small 20mm-60mm gaps.

Weep holes to be COVERED (not closed) on second and third story of house (4). It takes less than a minute to do. You must have a high ladder to access. We have mesh or weep hole covers, to be used to cover the weep holes. All you need to do is insert mesh or cover into these 4 weep holes. We need you to also verify that other weep holes next to these have been covered. We have covered the other weep holes but could not access just 4 holes. Acrylic Rendered columns (22) erected between black metal fence panels need to be repainted with Dulux white weather shield or similar paint. Minimum two Coats. Last paint was 15 years ago. Each square column is 2.4 meters tall and 600mmx 600mm wide.appx 70 meters wall between the columns will also need to be painted. The wall is appx 500mm high. Column heads and wall heads have algae/Dirt on them and will need to be properly cleaned or pressure washed or sanded before applying paint. The black metal fence will need to be covered and protected while the columns are pressured washed and painted. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible
