We need some touch ups throughout the house where there has been patching done, as well as some other small jobs - should be no more than a days work, with the potential to do some further painting on the exterior e.g eaves, beams, gutters etc which will be completed another time

Before we got our gutters replaced, overflowing water caused the paint to chip off the end eaves sheet. We'd like that sanded and made good ready for painting. About 3x1 meters.

Eaves painted and sanded from water damage, gutters touched up, walls spot patched sanded and painted. Door jamb painted. It’s a lot of little bits of patching from the multiset, just from general living dings. There’s some caulking that is just topping up missed areas around windows and flooring etc. Painting touch ups afterwards, we’re selling so it’s important to have a polished finish, and these are the 1%s It’s not my skillset so I’d rather it be done properly!
