Edit: Needing some paint work done on father’s house. He’s wanting his whole house repainted (outside) and some walls inside (room) and possibly lounge/hallway and maybe kitchen. I’ve put up a dummy budget just to post task.

Paint 1 x side of the house (1 coat) No sanding required for this side, we are selling the house and just need a quick single coat Paint the entire trim of the house underneath the gutters. Paint supplied & ladder available to use. Will require own painting equipment
