Internal painting of 2 bedrooms house of approxmiate 100m2. The walls are currently either light colour paint or dark brick. Just walls, not ceiling. Only paint skirting boards where the colour is not white. For bathroom, laundry and toilet - only painting the exposed brick is needed. Job to be carried out between 29th July and 1 August.

Have a bamboo fence consisting of 10 panels each 1 metre wide and 1.8 metres high that was installed in July 2024. Need a coat of protective oil applied to keep it in good condition.
