We have a blind that we need to hang on the side of our patio to block sun but will need a metal beam and a downpost to attach it as the side of the patio has a small slope and will not be recommended to support the blind if in a strong wind.

We have tenants in this house who are complaining about a gap where the plumber has brought water pipes into the kitchen.
