Painting small studio unit. Lounge. Hall, bedroom. Have paint. Painted 12 months ago. Needs freshing up.

We need help sanding and painting our deck. We have the sanding equipment. Need extra pair of hands to make it light work.

To strip acrylic white paint from small glazed ceramic floor tiles and from the grout. Enclosed balcony area on first floor. Area is well ventilated and approximately 9sq metres in size. I commenced the job myself but my aging knees got the better of me. EDIT: Paint stripping is not something a person can just pop in a do. Does your price include the the costs of any product or equipment for the job or clean up such as scrapers, buckets, disposal containers/bags, cleaning sponges, towels, mops or so on? What product would you use? How long do you leave the product on for before removing the paint? What safety precautions do you take for yourself and my household in terms of fumes and working with such a caustic product? How do you do the clean up of stripped paint and stripper residue? Do you take this with you for correct disposal? Do you thoroughly clean the area after it is stripped to ensure all stripper residue is removed to ensure there will no be ongoing odour issues or people with bare feet getting burns from caustic residue?
