Sanding varnished skirting boards and repainting white. - 4 rooms , 1 corridor , 9 doors , 3 inbuilt wardrobes and 1 window in the kitchen

It is time to paint the kitchen... I will be removing the kitchen cupboard doors to sand and paint but will require professional help to have them re-hung. I am attaching some photos, one of the whole kitchen and then some pictures of the hinges. The doors themselves whilst old are in fine condition however the current hinges have been painted on, so it may also need new hinges. If you could provide your professional recommendation that would be greatly appreciated. I am happy for you to come take a look as well if that's easier. I don't have a reasonable understanding of how long this will take so would also appreciate you providing a quote regardless of 'budget'.

I need about 30m2 of colorbond fence painted from cream to dark charcoal. I have the paint.

I have several pieces of outdoor wooden teak furniture that need a thorough clean including the underside. Looking for a hardworking person, preferably with experience of cleaning furniture. I can provide timber cleaner, scrubbing brush, gloves and eye protection. Preparation: Just sweep down timber surface and thoroughly wet down with water. Application: Dilute Woodclean solution in water by mixing 1 part Woodclean to 4 parts water. Make sure to stir your diluted mixture thoroughly! Using a stiff bristle brush or broom, apply Woodclean to dampened timber and scrub surface vigorously. Allow the Woodclean solution to penetrate the surface for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes has elapsed rinse with high - pressure water. Allow the surface to dry completely before applying further products. I DO NOT want the items pressure washed as it could damage the timber. Just a normal hose wash down after cleaning with the solution. Items include 1 x table, 2 x benches, 1 x small table, 1 x double seater chair, 1 x day bed. Images uploaded to give you a sense of the condition.
