when painting upstairs of the property, in some hard to reach areas there is white paint on the exposed brick - this is above a flight of stairs so would need a high ladder

I need the paint stripped off the bottom of my bluestone fence to restore to original condition. Must use paint stripper not pressure hose. Fence about 3 metres long by around 40 centimetres high. I’ve added the fourth photo which shows what it should look like once done. Thanks.
