I’m looking for someone to remove and dismantle the built-in oven and the surrounding kitchen cupboard/cabinetry shown in the photos.

Need an appliance repair tech to diagnose and replace fix my electric wall oven.

Cubby hole in the wall previously used for microwave and oven. Have bought a double oven for the space. Need to level and raise the floor of the cubby hole (exposed bricks) to allow the new oven to be fixed in space (towards the top). Will need skirting/lining on the outside edges once oven in place for aesthetics

2 cut required to Essa stone bench top to suit install of free standing oven.

Replace wall oven with new oven. Fit hot plate to granite bench with 8mm x600 of stone shaved to fit . Change 4 plugs to double .

We are changing from a 900mm oven to a 600mm oven. We would like to infill the 300mm gap with a cupboard with a shelf (cupboard door, vertical side wall, back board and internal shelf).

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. Please provide a quote and, ideally, examples of similar brick/masonry plaster repair work you’ve completed.

Kitchen Renovation – Brick Cut-Out Required for Oven Tower I am currently having a kitchen renovation completed and we are looking to install an oven tower. The oven tower will include drawers underneath the oven, with a microwave space above it, as marked in the attached photo. To allow the oven tower to be installed, some brickwork will need to be cut out above and below the existing oven space. It is highly likely that a lintel will also be required to support the weight of the brickwork above. The kitchen company is able to supply and fit the oven tower, but they are unable to cut out or remove the required brickwork. We are arranging for an electrician to remove the oven, but we are looking for someone who can assist with: Cutting out/removing the required brickwork; Installing or allowing for a lintel if required; Disposing of the removed bricks/rubble; and Preparing the space for the oven tower installation. The cut-out can be no higher than 1900mm from the floor, and the width will need to match the width of the oven tower/frame. Ideally, we would like this completed as soon as possible from Thursday 6 August, as the kitchen renovation is expected to commence from Wednesday 12 August. I am based in Palmyra and would be happy for you to come and inspect the job beforehand if that helps.
