Omega Oven Repair – Fan Working but No Heat Looking for an experienced appliance technician/electrician to diagnose and repair our Omega OO664X built-in electric oven. The oven has power and the display and fan are working normally, but there is no heat from any cooking function. We have tested both: * Fan-forced mode – fan operates but no heat * Grill – no heat As neither the grill nor oven elements are heating, it may be an issue with the thermostat, function selector, thermal cut-out or heating circuit, rather than simply the fan element. Located in Alexandria, NSW. Looking for someone who can diagnose the fault and ideally repair it during the same visit, if the required part is available. Our oven needs a bit of care and love. The previous repairer are not helpful at all.

The issue is that the temperature seems much higher than the setting. For example, when it’s set to 150°C, the oven gets extremely hot and doesn’t appear to be regulating the temperature properly. It may need the thermostat or temperature control checked. I’m located in Forest Lodge NSW.

‘Electrolux Chef’ oven door hinge is broken and door comes off. Assess and source & install replacement oven door hinge. The oven is Electrolux 'chef' oven, serial number 210 41024, Model CFE535WB. Research suggests that both hinges need to be replaced despite only one being broken so please factor that in to your quote. I see there is a $25 hinge available from Statewide Appliance Spares which should work. To be done before 5:30pm any day, not available Saturdays. Unit is on botany road Alexandria, near Waterloo metro station. Ground floor unit, some street parking nearby but no complex parking.
