Hi there, I need someone’s assistance with meal preparation before and after a major surgery (Gastric Sleeve), scheduled for the 9th of July this year. Pre-Operative Requirements (17th June - 9th July): * Prepare all meals, snacks, and drinks strictly according to a pre-set dietary plan which will be provided. * Ensure adherence to the provided dietary guidelines. * Maintain a high standard of hygiene during food preparation. Post-Operative Requirements(After 9th/10th July): * Initially, prepare extremely healthy soups and drinks. * Progress to preparing very soft, healthy, near-drinkable foods. *Subsequently, prepare soft mashed foods once tolerable * Gradually transition to solid foods over a few months, as directed. (this will depend on how well I am tolerating the soft, mashed foods and according to doctor’s guidelines around that time) * Ensure all food is prepared to the required texture and consistency. * Maintain a high standard of hygiene during food preparation. Additional Information: * The successful applicant must be able to follow precise dietary instructions. * Reliability and punctuality are essential. * Experience in preparing meals for individuals with specific dietary needs is highly desirable. * All dietary plans and/or doctor’s requirements will be provided.
