Remove the existing bathroom door handle and install a new privacy door handle/lock suitable for internal bathroom use. The new handle must allow the door to be locked from inside with an emergency release from the outside. Scope of Work Remove the current lever handle and latch. Supply and install a bathroom privacy lock handle set. Ensure the latch aligns correctly with the strike plate. Test locking and unlocking from the inside and emergency release from the outside. Confirm the door closes and operates smoothly. Needs to be done before 1pm Sunday 8th March

Replace both bedroom door handles with key lockable handles. I do not have the handles as I don’t know the measurements. Hello! I need locks replaced on my apartment as keys have been misplaced, need done asap. It’s an access hardware system. We do have spare keys and access to the apartment on both sides, just need the locks changed to secure apartment.

I need an experienced carpenter or locksmith to: - Remove an existing surface-mounted rim deadbolt - Remove existing (deadbolt) knob set - Install a smart cylindrical deadbolt (60mm backset, 54mm bore) - Drill any required holes accurately using template - Modify and reinforce strike plate into wall stud - Mortice latch and faceplates neatly - Ensure correct bolt alignment for motorised operation - Patch old rim lock screw holes cleanly - 35mm thick timber external door - Existing 60mm backset knob Smart lock and hardware supplied

Old faulty deadbolt was removed and gap filled. We have already purchased the deadbolt (N2Lok forged brass round single cylinder, matte black). Please see the attached photo of the door. This is the front entry door, so it needs to be installed properly by someone experienced with deadbolt installation. We are looking to have this completed this weekend in the afternoon. Parking is available.
