Hi, I need a handyman/locksmith to inspect and fix a door handle and lock that has come loose and is no longer functioning properly. The handle appears detached from the door and the latch mechanism may need adjustment or replacement. Please see the attached photo for reference. We currently have a front door with an existing digital lock, however the lock is small and not working properly. We would like to replace it with a more robust digital lock, preferably a Philips DDL720-MVP-17HWS or a similar model. The front of the door has metallic cladding with a cut-out designed for the existing lock. As the new lock is significantly larger, the opening in the metal cladding will need to be enlarged to allow proper installation. Photos of the door and current lock are attached for reference. I will provide the new lock and a door closer, I will require a person that can replace the lock and install the door closer too. I'm flexible with dates.
