Another issue is that when the builder installed, he installed screws that were too long, which have now damaged the door asthetic. I have a spare bonway replacement lock to replace. I would like the lock repaired or replaced so that it function property. Also, if the door can be touched up from the scratches / dents, if possible (a much lesser concern.
