I supplied everything and he only did the installation. On the day, he demanded extra payment and refused to leave until it was paid. Repair or replace apartment door lock. Our current keys suddenly wont work outside & we also cannot lock/unlock from the inside as it is jammed. Unsure if the lock is worn/damaged/misaligned or needs a new one. Entro brand. Unsure about how much this goes for for service. Willing to pay for new lock with cash if required.
