Hi! We need a reliable person to do an end-of-lease garden tidy-up for our property in Oakleigh South. The job needs to meet real estate standards. Please note: The main lawn has ALREADY BEEN MOWED. We only need help with the edging and tidying up. Tasks required: • Edging: Use a whipper snipper to trim the tall grass edges neatly along the brick walls and fences. • Weeding: Clear overgrown weeds from the narrow side path, the brick paving area, and garden beds. • Trimming: Trim the overgrown bush/hedge next to the shed so it looks neat. • Sweeping: Sweep the paved areas, driveway, and clear any exterior cobwebs around the shed. • Green Waste: You can put all the grass clippings and green waste directly into our green bin on site.
