Lawn mower starts but sputters and back fires, then dies. Have tried draining petrol and refilling with new petrol but didn’t fix issue. Tried clearing air filter and also hasn’t fixed the issue.

I have Lawn Mower (Ferrex) from Aldi not older than a year, its not starting up due to not used since April. (Season got changed so want to use it back). I need help for the following tasks. 1. Check the Spart Plug, need it to be replaced if damaged 2. Check the carbonator, need it to be replaced if damaged 3. Take out the existing petrol from tank.

I need the camshaft replaced in my Briggs and Stratton ride on lawn mower. I have the parts including gasket, gasket glue, oil and treadlock. I have a large shed, work bench and vice to work out of. I just need an experienced small engine mechanic to do the jobs and get the mower running again. I can be home today, tomorrow or the weekend for someone to come and do it. All the cowling and electric is disconnected. Just has to be pulled out and the camshaft replaced. Job is in Oxenford.

Hi Guys, I need to have my ride on mower serviced as it has reached the first schedule. The mower is a Cub Cadet ZTX5-54. I also need to have a service done on my buggy / ATV as it has also reached it's first scheduled service. ATV is a CFMoto UForce 600 EPS. It should be pretty straight forward, only addendum for the ATV is that it has a squeak in the rear left wheels that needs to be addressed. Apart from that it's all pretty self explanatory. I attempted to replace the starter pull cord on my Toro mower (Briggs & Stratton 163cc engine) but need help finishing the job. The old rope has been removed, and I have the new rope and handle ready. Just need someone to properly feed and tie the new cord into the recoil pulley, preload the spring, and reassemble the housing. Mower is in otherwise good condition. Victa lawnmower needs existing blades removed and new ones fitted. Have the replacement blades just need time and muscle. The existing blades have been on for the best part of 10 years so imagine they will need someone who has strenth and patience.
