Standard size yard for Wallan area. We previously had a quote done and to have it completely flattened the way we like It was looking like $12-17k including approximately three retaining walls. After much consideration with my Husband that was out of our budget and we are hoping to get a second opinion to see what we can work with the yard. If there’s a way to get around not having a retaining wall, even if that means ,maybe whole yard isn’t completely flattened out and maybe some areas are flat with other areas on a slight angle? I have no idea Need a professional, qualified landscaper to give us second opinion, and if we are happy to go forward, we will!! Site scrape 50mm from front yard(37m^2) and 50mm from back yard(33m^2) with a dingo or positrack. Land size is 350m^2 with existing dwelling. Total yard Area size is 70 square metres. Easy access to rear yard via adjacent empty block of land. Front yard is open access, no fence or gate in the way. Need front yard compacted / rolled over after scrape and back yard(only) backfilled with clean fill(100mm) and rolled over and compacted, clean fill will be provided along with Skip for the spoil which will be on the front driveway. Grass is almost non existent at front and back. Has been freshly mowed and is mostly dried dirt. All I need is you, your time, your machinery and your precision. I forgot to snap photos but that’s really all there is to it. Will take some when I head there next, hopefully later today, but don’t count on it. Job will not take more than 3 hours.
