Looking for an experienced gardener or landscaper to assist with a garden tidy-up and minor landscaping works at my property in Broadbeach. We are planning to sell the property in the coming months, so the focus is on getting the garden and lawns looking neat, tidy and well presented. The scope of works includes lawn mowing (front and back), whipper snipping edges, weeding garden beds, general tidy-up and removal of green waste. Additional work includes pruning and shaping of plants, including hedging into clean shapes where appropriate, and minor replanting to fill gaps (for example small Zoysia or similar). We would also like stepping stones/pavers installed at the front entry. We will supply the materials, just looking for installation. Lawn improvement works such as top dressing and fertilising may also be required depending on your recommendation. If the initial job goes well, there is potential for ongoing maintenance leading up to sale. The house is on a slope, and a previous water leak has been identified and fixed, but the ground remains damp. Scope of Work: 1. Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing rotted timber sleepers and vertical timber posts. 2. Excavation: Minor excavation (approx. 150mm–200mm deep/wide) behind each step to allow for drainage. 3. I have three garden sections, which need to be manually leveled to allow for pots to be placed in position. There is stumps which have been poisoned about 3 months ago and need to be dug up a little to allow for middle to be flat. Also, need your help with position pots and fill with soil which are in bags. There is no tools on site, will need a shovel, pick or crowbar.
