I am getting my fence painted and would like to prep the timber. Scope • Pressure-wash timber paling fence using low to medium pressure (standard ~1.8m high with some privacy extensions) my side only. There’s also 2 timber retaining walls on side and back of home as pictured. • Purpose is paint prep — remove dirt, dust, cobwebs, loose/chalky paint, algae/mildew, and oxidised grey fibres. • Gentle wash: no gouging or furred timber. • Access: outdoor tap & power available. Need 5 post holes bored. 300mm wide by up to 1.5m deep depending on where we find clay. Access is easy, it's for a side fence along a footpath, can access easily from either the footpath or property side. Soil report shows fill in top layer, hence the depth. If clay is closer to the surface, then only need to go 800 into clay, if not, then 1500.
