I require professional landscaping services for a backyard renovation project. This involves the removal of 10.2 square meters of existing turf to create a paved seating area. The scope includes excavation, installation of 50mm road base and 20-30mm bedding sand, compaction, and paver laying. Additionally, 15 square meters of new turf installation is required. I have provided visual references (photos 1 & 2 depict the current state, photos 3 & 4 illustrate the desired outcome). The contractor should possess the necessary tools, a small utility vehicle, and relevant expertise. A site visit to discuss the project in detail is preferred before proceeding. All raw material cost will be bare by the client.

Cleaning and removing grass and top layer of soil from the backyard and filling it with soil. Size is approximately 70sqmt. Side entrance is 140cm. Soil can be provided.

Level soil + add top soil to get it level then turf it with a suitable turf that’s resistant to getting much sun. 3m by 7.4m roughly
