Help placing drainage gravel behind retaining wall

I need to move and spread a mulch pile from the front of the house up to the backyard (~120m2). The mulch pile is ~75m away via paved driveway that goes up the hill. We have rakes, shovels, and wheelbarrow if needed. There is about 25m2 of garden area that is bare soil due to recent construction. I need someone to: - Slightly level the existing soil - should only require small adjustment - about 0.5-1m3 of existing soil would need to be shifted. - Add 2.5m3 of topsoil (about a 10cm thick layer) - Add 2.5m3 of mulch on top. - Clean up and make the area look nice again. I will provide the soil and mulch. It will be about 20m from the garden area. I can also provide shovel and wheelbarrow if needed.
