Install new Kitchen Sink Tap mixer and replace 2 Tap Washers

There's a leak under the sink and I need a plumber to have a look at it and fix it.

My kitchen sink has lost its hold to the granite bench top and needs new holes to be drilled before attaching the clips

Leak under kitchen sink New benchtop dishwasher purchased which needs to be installed. Need to drill a hole through the sink to run the links to the kitchen pipes for water supply and drainage. Need to be able to run water for the dishwasher and kitchen tap concurrently but also shut off the water to the dishwasher and continue for the kitchen tap (if needed for a dishwasher issue down the track)

My apartment has really good water pressure (almost too good in the showers. Very strong, it’ll nearly flush you down the drain) but my kitchen sink for some reason over the last couple of weeks has completely lost water pressure so it’s very low (almost just dribbles out).

- remove old kitchen sink and install new kitchen sink. New sink is the same size as the old. - install water filter under sink from Filter Systems Australia - remove current mixer and change to new three way mixer that connects to filter for filtered water

The kitchen tap has very low water pressure, the tap was replaced less than 12 months ago, it may be that the hose is crimped blocking the water flow. The cupboard below the sink have some surface mould, this needs to be throughly cleaned please with mould killing cleaning product. The water also doesn't get hot like it used to from this tap so I would like to fix that also
