Hi, our double stainless steel undermount kitchen sink has separated from the marble benchtop because the original builder only used adhesive/glue. We need a qualified carpenter, cabinet maker, or high-end handyman to fix it permanently. The Job Requires: Carefully lowering the sink and scraping away all the old, failed silicone/glue underneath the marble stone.Prep-cleaning the stone and stainless steel surfaces with alcohol.Re-sealing the rim using 100% neutral-cure stone-safe silicone (must be neutral-cure so it doesn't stain or bleed into the marble).Building a permanent mechanical timber support cradle / rails fixed securely into the timber cabinet carcass walls to permanently carry the full weight of the sink. Important Requirements: NO drilling or screwing into the marble benchtop is allowed. All structural weight must be completely transferred to the timber cabinet walls. Kitchen sink mixer became loose and when I tried to fix it a nut came off and now it’s just hanging in the sink.

My kitchen sink is completely blocked and the water is not draining. When I turn on the tap, the water backs up and rises in the sink. I have already tried drain-cleaning liquids and a plunger, but neither worked. I’m looking for someone experienced to come and properly clear the blockage and make sure the sink drains normally again. Please bring the necessary tools and equipment.
