Find a local Tasker to help you make a kitchen cabinet in NSW

I have a two‑piece corner cupboard door with a hinged connector between the panels. The connector hinge is now working, but the main door still won’t sit straight when closing. A new hinge was purchased and we attempted installation, but it did not solve the issue. I need someone experienced with kitchen cabinetry to diagnose the problem and adjust or re‑mount the hinges so the door closes properly.

We are looking for a licensed builder to install kitchen cabinetry from Ikea. If you have a plumbing license too that would be great. I’ve put $10 as the price but of course we can negotiate on this price. Thanks

Fix kitchen cabinets and drawers

Need kitchen cabinets to be aligned. I’ve one kitchen in the front of the house, and a very small second kitchen at the back. Need cabinet alignment done to both kitchens. No parts needed, just your labour. Estimate: around 60min work.

I need my kitchen cabinet doors replaced, or repainted, double pack..the doors that have been painted, it was not double pac, hence paint coming off. 5 doors in total..the first picture is the actual kitchen. Second picture the new colour and style. This job need to be double double pack paint.

Adjust a couple of kitchen cabinet doors. I think I need a new hinge on one as the adjusting screw seems to have broken. So please bring the replacement hinge as pictured (additional payment for parts). Thanks.

Kitchen cabinet needs altering to fit our new combination microwave oven and single oven (on site). Needs removal of top box and cupboard shelf and reducing height of overhead cupboard doors as we are slightly lacking in height to fit both the combo microwave and oven below, allowing for ventilation.

Need to remove existing shelf, and build new shelf around 50mm higher around the meter box, to fit a larger fridge in the nook. The shelf will need to be positioned so that the meter can still be opened. We only place small objects on the shelf so it only needs to hold say less than 5kg. You will need to bring new suitable timber for the shelf, 4 x brackets to hold the shelf (can screw them in), and tools to cut the shelf to size (drop saw or similar). The timber surrounding the nook is not very thick, so might need short stubby screws (you can see in photos). Can make a bit of mess inside. The existing shelf is 720mm wide, 360mm deep and 18mm thick. Shelf does not need to be perfect, but a reasonable level of workmanship is expected. Located next to Thornleigh Station. Best day to get this done is Saturday as we’ll be home most of the day.

Two kitchen cabinet doors are overhanging a fridge and need to be trimmed by around 1 cm from the bottom edge. Finished quality needs to match existing condition as this is a rental. I am flexible with timing on this job

Remove the current cabinets and bench top from the kitchen and replace with new ikea cabinets and timber bench top. All new stuff will be sourced by us. Dont need to worry about disposal. Includes 4 base cabinets (2.4m), timber bench top (3m) and 2 mounted wall cabinets. One of wall mounted cabinets holds range hood. Bench top extends over under-counter water heater. Doors and shelves removed already. Hoping to get done before 4th August.
