I’m looking for someone to sand, caulk, and paint all skirting boards outlined in yellow on my floor plan. You’ll need to bring everything else (sanding tools, caulk, primer if needed, brushes/rollers, tape, etc.). Skirting boards may need light sanding and filling before painting. Flooring is currently removed so no need for drop sheets. Floor plan and photos have been provided. Also the inspo photo (beige trims) Looking for someone asap. $700 is the top my budget.

Existing Interior Wall to be painted for a nook in our Office space. Existing wall is white painted, no primer needed. Area - 3 walls of the nook area - see image.
