The job covers roughly 40 sqm, including the living area, kitchen, entry, and laundry. Key details: • Low crawl space: limited clearance under the house — must be comfortable working in a tight area. • Materials supplied by me (see below). • Tools and fastening equipment supplied by you. • Seeking someone experienced with underfloor installation or confined-space work. Materials I’ll supply: • Polyester or foil-backed underfloor insulation batts/rolls (pre-cut to joist width). • Fixing straps or insulation strapping tape (depending on material type). • Protective face mask and coveralls (optional, if you prefer your own gear, that’s fine). You’ll need to bring: Staples and fasteners (if required for your preferred installation method). Hi Jay, I would like to install roof insulation to comply with the ACT government's rule. It is an apartment with about 74sqm (2bd apartment). It will require supply of materials, installation, disposal and making sure all electrical wiring is safley handles ... it has R1 foam looking yellow material at the moment. Bodycorporate requires these: Are you a licenced installer, and do you have insurance? Will you issue a compliance certificate if you do the job?
