Mould spray and then reline areas where gyprock is damaged. 3 areas approx 1mx2m of wall and ceiling. Remove and replace wet construction sand in floor area above slab, approx 2mx2m. All pavers and sand provided, but tasker to provide gyprock, insulation and mould spray. Tasker may need to visit twice (once to remove wet materials and set fans drying, then the second time to install dry materials).

I believe my shop has no insulation. It gets real stuffy inside my barbershop. I don’t need it done perfect or real expensive but just something ok that will help with keeping heat away from pouring into my shop. May even be better we look at opening a vent in the roof that will allow it to leave the ceiling. Open to ideas
