Small handyman jobs, Plasterboard Leak Inspection and Remedy Insulation

We are a charity organisation in Lonsdale and have got a pile of insulation donated that would cover an area 30 meters long by 8 meters high. We also have the wire roles for support. Needing a team to come in urgently and install for us in a shed so our area is not so hot. Will need own ladders.

I need a service for my AC ActronAir LM7-D unit, just to check everything, top off if needed, it's been a while since last time. I replaced the filters, so no need to put new ones. The only thing is all the isolation tubing from the AC unit into the house is cracked/destroyed by sun, so it needs to be properly replaced. See pictures.

Place insulation batts in roof space (batts supplied). Description: Insulation batts are on site in bags. Task is to: Open bags Move batts into roof space Lay batts between ceiling joists to cover two areas only, lounge room ceiling space and hallway ceiling space, approx 40m2 total area only. No removal of old insulation required (unless you see something minor that needs shifting). It's a character home, so there may be the usual roof space obstacles (wiring/joists). Please work carefully, don’t block vents and bring gloves, a mask and ideally head torch just in case (as well as ladder). I can be onsite to assist in lifting the bags into the ceiling space. Approximate 125square meter roof insulation installation.

I have a house which has 95m2 of 1980's style fibreglass insulation in the roof cavity. I need this insulation removed and disposed of. Once the insulation is out, a vacuum of the ceiling to remove the fibreglass dust in the ceiling and any other mess. All mess and waste to be removed after job completion. Roof access is either through a manhole, and/or there are concrete tiles that can probably be lifted off and replaced. Please bring your own safety gear, at least a suitable dust mask :) The photos are random direction photos in the roof cavity, taken from the manhole. I am flexible on date, just must be on or after 26th november

I’m after the supply and installation of approximately 145 m2 of underfloor insulation. House is on poles. Space under house measures from approximately 2 metres to 50cm. Width between floor joists is 410mm. There is some plumbing and electrical wires to work around.

We would like someone to remove some old insulation from our roof (full house) and install new insulation in its place. Experience and PPE gear necessary. We will be home to help with bins, ladder etc

Remove and replace damp insulation, as a result of gutter overflowing into ceiling and wall cavity in sunroom. Mould spray and then reline areas where gyprock is damaged. 3 areas approx 1mx2m of wall and ceiling. Remove and replace wet construction sand in floor area above slab, approx 2mx2m. All pavers and sand provided, but tasker to provide gyprock, insulation and mould spray. Tasker may need to visit twice (once to remove wet materials and set fans drying, then the second time to install dry materials).

Hi I’d like to turn my garage into a sitting area , but it gets really cold through the garage door. ! Can anyone find a way to stop the cold from coming in . And it also be possible for me to remove when I need to later on in summer ☺️
