Find a professional IKEA benchtop contractor in Sydney

I am looking for a Tasker to sand back my outdoor deck and one IKEA storage bench to raw timber. Core Task (Sanding): - Deck Area: ~12sqm (3x4m) plus the vertical front fascia board. - Bench: 1x IKEA ÄPPLARÖ storage bench. - Condition: Weathered hardwood. No rot. Nails/screws are flush. - Requirement: Bring your own professional sanding equipment and detail sander for edges/corners. Optional Extra (Please quote separately): - I have the stain ready. If you are interested, please provide an additional price to apply 2 coats of stain to the deck and bench once sanded. - If the staining price is too high, I am happy to do this part myself, so please keep the quotes distinct. Access: Outdoor power available (need to run lead through a window so bring 10m+ lead). Flexible timing.

I need to cut a 240 x 90cm IKEA bench top down to 217wide x 55 deep. I believe you will need a track saw. It is located in Newtown and is out the back of a shop which is open 10am to 7pm M-F. - Due date: Flexible

My dog chewed the benchtop corner and I need it fixed. It's a rental and the benchtop is IKEA laminate. There is a lot of bench overhang, so I think someone could cut it back a little and then reapply the edging. - Due date: Before Friday, 5 May 2023
